Manufacturing Process
From design to completion, precision processes that deliver quality
Manufacturing Process
Jeil Decal independently operates the entire process from design planning to printing, drying, coating, inspection, and packaging, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.
Design Review & Development
We review customer requirements and product characteristics to design the print and develop production-ready data. Colors, specifications, print direction, and post-processing conditions are confirmed in advance to secure stable production quality.
Gravure Cylinder Production
Based on the finalized design data, we fabricate the copper cylinders used for gravure printing. Precision plate-making secures color expression and uniform print quality.
9-Color Gravure Printing
Using the prepared cylinders and ink, we print the design onto the film substrate. Up to 9-color printing enables fine and sharp expression, with continuous color and print monitoring during the run.
Drying and Adhesive Coating
We stably dry the printed ink and apply adhesive or coating depending on product use. Drying temperature and coating volume are controlled to secure adhesion and product stability.
Quality Inspection & Rewinding
We inspect the printed and coated product for appearance, color, foreign matter, pinholes, and print defects, and rewind it. Inspection screens out defects and secures uniform product quality.
Slitting & Packing
The inspected product is cut to customer-requested specifications and packaged in this final stage. Product width, winding direction, quantity, and packaging are checked to prepare for shipment.
